1. Acceptance and scope
By purchasing, activating, or using the service, you accept these terms and the specific conditions displayed at the Photo Planet desk. If you disagree, do not use the wristband, photo spots, or gallery.
Photo Planet provides an independent service inside participating locations. Each location's access, safety, and operating rules continue to apply during your visit.
2. Service description
The service links photos taken at automatic spots to a visit code and NFC wristband. The number of spots, availability, package content, and price may vary by location and are presented before purchase.
The wristband acts as a technical gallery identifier. It is not a payment method and does not store the photos.
3. Purchase, code, and activation
Review the package, email, and visit information before completing your purchase. Keep the receipt, alphanumeric code or QR, and confirm that the wristband was linked.
The code provides access to the gallery. Anyone who knows it may view the associated photos, so keep it safe and do not publish it.
4. Using photo spots
Hold the wristband near the reader, wait for confirmation, and follow the signs. Respect capacity, distance, staff instructions, and location safety restrictions.
Capture may be affected by maintenance, lighting, weather, connectivity, movement, obstructions, or events outside Photo Planet's reasonable control. Purchase does not guarantee an exact photo count unless the package expressly says so.
5. People pictured and minors
By activating a photo, you confirm that participants know about the capture and that you are authorized to use the wristband at that time. The responsible adult must supervise use by minors.
Do not deliberately photograph third parties outside your group or use the service in a way that affects another person's privacy, dignity, or safety.
6. Gallery, availability, and delivery
Open the gallery through “Here your memories begin” with the 12-character code or QR. Photos remain available for viewing and download for five calendar days after purchase.
Download and back up your files before that period ends. Once it expires, Photo Planet attempts to email the existing photos to the registered address and may then remove them from active storage. Delivery depends on a correct address, provider acceptance, and available photos.
7. Downloads and deletion
While the gallery is available, you may download individual photos or, when size allows, a ZIP file. Your browser or device determines the final folder and extraction compatibility.
Deleting a photo from the gallery is permanent and removes it from download and email delivery. Photo Planet is not required to recover user-deleted content.
8. Prices, payments, changes, and refunds
Prices, taxes, payment methods, promotions, and package content are those displayed at the point of sale. Keep your receipt for inquiries.
Change, cancellation, and refund requests are reviewed under the conditions shown at purchase, the service status, and applicable law. A single failed capture does not automatically require a full refund when the rest of the service was used; this does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
9. Permitted use
The platform and its contents are for personal use. You must not access another gallery, test codes automatically, bypass controls, overload infrastructure, scrape content, or use the service unlawfully.
Photo Planet's marks, interfaces, text, software, and materials are protected. Downloads may be used personally while respecting the rights of everyone pictured.
10. Availability and liability
Photo Planet takes reasonable steps to operate the service but may temporarily suspend spots or functions for maintenance, security, force majeure, or third-party events. Guidance will be offered at the desk when possible.
To the extent permitted by law, liability excludes loss caused by sharing a code, deleting files, failing to download during availability, providing an incorrect email, or using incompatible equipment.
11. Privacy and providers
Personal data and photo processing are described in the Privacy notice. We may use infrastructure, storage, and email providers acting under instructions and security measures.
12. Support, changes, and law
For assistance, email [email protected] or visit the location's desk with the code, receipt, and approximate visit date. Do not post the code on social media.
We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The version published when you use the service applies without affecting acquired rights. Mexican law and competent authorities govern disputes.
